The score can be skewed if the merchants have not provided the complete or correct information about the product. For many product categories, especially fashion goods, what is right for different people is very subjective. We have embedded the knowledge, where we found the consensus among various experts in the field. Still many people may not agree with our analysis. The FAP score and analysis is informative for those wishing to use them. If you find an item purchased with the help of MyShoppingPal does not suit you, MyShoppingPal or its parent company Neo Notion, Inc shall not be held responsible or liable for any damages.

In addition to its unique technology that helps user find what is right for them, MyShoppingPal.com also has a unique and very attractive reward program only for beta users. With the help of our technology you can buy from your favorite store and still save some money. We have partnered with all the premium merchants to bring the largest selection of the products to you.

As a token of appreciation and thanks to all beta users, MyShopping.com will share 40% of its commission from your purchases with you for one year from the date of your joining MyShoppingPal.com. Our first goal has been to get all possible products from all premium merchants and brands at MyShoppingPal.com. MyShoppingPal.com does not earn commission on all products. A few merchants don't permit the sharing of commission. The product that are eligible for commission sharing are marked with the reward eligibility message on them. For these products, we pass 40% of our earnings to everyone who is the member of MyShoppingPal.com. These rewards are in addition to any promotion or coupons the store might offer for the product. To save you more money, we also show you the relevant promotions that store is running for a selected product. To access these promotions, click the product you are interested in and there is a promotion tab on the product detail page. Click on this tab, you will see all relevant promotions including coupons the merchant is running for a product.

We send you commission using your paypal account. If you have not signed up, here is the link to quickly sign up for Paypal. Once you sign up with paypal, Please go to your account configuration and enter your Paypal email address.

Money will be sent to you, when we receive the commission from the merchants. Some of the merchants delay the payment until their return period is over and this delay is usually between 30-60 days after the purchase date. When you login and go to your account page, you will be able to see the total money earned, commissions paid, and commission not paid yet. It takes us 5-7 business days to receive the data from merchants and update your account for the rewards.

Friend Referral Program

If you refer a friend, we want to thank you by letting you earn money on all the shopping activities of your friend for one entire year. We will give 20% of our share of commission to you for one year after your friends joins MyShoppingPal.com.

To refer a friend to MyShoppingPal.com, please login in MyShoppingPal.com account. You will see "refer friends" link at the top. You will also see "Invite Friends" link on your "Edit Accounts" page. Click on either of these links and provide us the email address and the message of your friends.

Friend Referral Program Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("terms") apply to Friend Referral Program ("the Program").

Eligibility and Participation

To participate in the Program you must have a valid MyShoppingPal.com Account. To be an eligible referral under the Program, the referred customer must:

• Visit the MyShoppingPal.com sign up using the tracking link emailed to him/her.
• Be a real person who voluntarily and knowingly signs up for a MyShoppingPal.com Account (e.g., you may not refer yourself or create accounts using false or someone else's personal information).

Program Awards

Each time you make an eligible referral; we will track that individual's purchase activity at MyShoppingPal.com for the next 12 months and pay you 20% of what we earn from the eligible referral's completed purchase activity at MyShoppingPal.com during that 12 month period. Award amounts are deposited into your MyShoppingPal.com Account and are subject to all applicable terms and conditions of the MyShoppingPal.com Cash Back Account.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to do any of the following, without limitation, during your participation in the Program:

• Distribute unsolicited commercial, junk, mass, or bulk email
• Engage in marketing activities that are likely to harass, annoy and/or alienate potential MyShoppingPal.com customers
• Promote MyShoppingPal.com on offensive sites, which include sites that contain sexually explicit content or illegal activities

Additional Terms

We reserve the right to alter, modify, suspend or terminate the Program at any time by posting on the MyShoppingPal.com site. We also reserve the right to make the final determination as to whether any referral you make is an eligible referral, and whether a purchase from one of your referrals is eligible for a program award, in our sole discretion. We may terminate you as a participant in the Program or cancel a previously granted award for any reason, at any time. The Program is Void in all areas where prohibited.
